About the Author
Sonya Muhlsimmer is a qualified chef who worked in that profession for about 15 years, running two restaurants and helping friends in a catering company. She left cheffing to work in a food service company, and then studied Food Science, obtaining a BSc in Advanced Science, Food Science. For the last five years she has worked in quality/food microbiology, and now is a Quality Manager for a food manufacturer.
Sonya loves the bush and mountains, and has completed a number of extended and hard trips. She also goes rock climbing and caving.
